Manuscript Review $1497
This option is for writers who have a manuscript and are ready to start tackling revisions. Robin will read your entire manuscript of up to 80,000 words and prepare an editorial letter, do two chapters of in-line edits, and go over the feedback and next steps for revision in a coaching call.
Manuscripts from 80,001-120,000 words $1997.
Pitch Support $697, with optional ongoing pitch support $97/month after the initial pitch package.
Readerly will read your MS, prepare a list of 25 agents who are currently accepting projects similar to yours based on your “agent wish-list,” as well as help you develop a synopsis, query letter, and 3 Twitter pitches. One coaching call to prioritize the agent list and formulate a pitch strategy is included. Ongoing monthly pitch support consists of 2 hours of coaching time via email, document editing, or video-call.
Group coaching is managed via online course in cohorts of writers. Once your package is complete, you will have the option to add 1:1 coaching services at a 10% discount.
Your New Novel: Zero to First Draft in 6 months $997 (pilot price)
Pilot begins September 1, first deadline October 25, 2021.
This program is for writers who are committed to getting a draft finished in 6 months. Authors will have monthly deadlines, feedback, and coaching calls in a group setting. Participants must commit to submitting 12,500 words/50 pages per month to meet the goal of 75,000 words/300 pages for the program. Your New Novel includes pre-writing exercises and 3 individual coaching calls in addition to the monthly group calls. Limited to 8 authors.
Write Your Own Adventure: FanFiction Kickstarter $197—Cohort begins July 19, 2021
This 8 week course is designed to take writers through the steps to build a foundation for their fan fiction novel based on classic fiction, broadly defined. The program is designed for a cohort to move through it at the same time, with weekly writing assignments and exercises. Participants who complete all activities will have a complete cause:effect outline of their novel, a character arc, a plot diagram, and will have written the first and last scenes. Each writer will have the opportunity to schedule a 30 minute coaching call to discuss next steps in their writing journey. Enrollment is limited to 8 writers.
NOTE: This program is designed for those writing fiction about beloved characters/stories/authors with a fan base. If you are writing a completely original novel, please select a different coaching option.
World Building for Historical Fiction Writers $197—Cohort begins July 19, 2021
This 8 week course is designed to walk authors through the research and thinking required to build the setting of a historical fiction novel. The program is designed for a cohort to move through it at the same time, with weekly writing/research assignments and exercises. Participants who complete all activities will have a baseline setting/timeline necessary to write forward and they will have resources and skills to find the information they need as they continue to write. Each writer will have the opportunity to schedule a 30 minute coaching call to discuss next steps in their writing journey. Bonus Module on historically accurate/authentic dialogue. Enrollment is limited to 8 writers.
